Mandy Aldous, MPT – Founder & Lead Physical Therapist
Mandy Aldous is a highly experienced physical therapist in Gilbert, AZ with over 20 years of proven expertise helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brigham Young University in 1998 and went on to earn her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2000.
Mandy specializes in the treatment of neck pain, low back pain, and women’s health physical therapy, offering customized care plans designed to meet the unique needs of each patient. She worked as a licensed physical therapist for six years before opening Advanced Physical Therapy with her husband, Will. Since then, the clinic has proudly served the community for more than two decades, earning a reputation for compassionate care and long-term patient success.
Her commitment to excellence, combined with her advanced training and patient-focused approach, has made Mandy a trusted provider for individuals seeking effective physical therapy for spine conditions, orthopedic injuries, and women’s health concerns. Meaghan Henderson – Office Manager & Patient Care Coordinator
Meaghan has been a valued member of Advanced Physical Therapy for nearly six years, serving as Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she brings over 12 years of experience in healthcare management in Arizona, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.
She specializes in insurance, claims, and authorizations, overseeing key aspects of the clinic’s business operations. A proud mother of four boys, ages 13 to 21, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Phoenix in 2023. Her dedication to both patients and the clinic makes her an integral part of the Advanced Physical Therapy team.
